A 16 x 24 Screened Shelter with half wall all around with 3 entry screen doors. It has a 5-burner cooktop. Counter is 16' by app 3' wide with cutout to fit griddle/grill. The griddle/ grill combo will be included with a full price offer. There is a windmill on the shelter to charge a 12-volt battery to run the ceiling fan. There are a pair of solar lights installed.
The tool shed is 8'x 10' and has a wide sliding door/ramp. A John Deere riding mower comes with a full price offer.
The bathroom has a shower on one side with a Gasland on demand hot water shower that uses propane. There is a 100-watt solar panel mounted to charge a 12-volt battery used to run the 12-volt water pump. There is a 275-gallon holding tank for the shower water. There Is an additional 275-gallon tank used to go get water (water supply is in Bigfork). Then we pump it into the tank at the shower house. There is a 500-gallon holding tank for the shower drain only. There are no leech lines, just a holding tank. The other side of the shower house has a bucket system toilet. There is a wall separating the 2 sides.
The bog walk is 4 feet wide & 200 feet long. It's constructed with 2x6 boards all the way out that are screwed to 4x4 boards as runners all the way out to the 4'x8' dock. 1/4" metal screen is installed under boards to help prevent vegetation from growing through. All runners are tied together with steel plates, all lumber is green-treated, and all the screws are stainless steel.
There are (2)100-watt solar panels (200-watt total, with controller) mounted on a platform with wheels for easy mobility. These will be included with a full-price offer.
The Road coming into the campsite is appx 300' long and is supported with fabric & gravel base, very durable. The camper pad is one foot deep & appx 10' by 40' filled with 1" to 3" rock, very sturdy.
Survey markers in each corner of property.
The road in (Tranquility Trail) is a no-maintenance road & is maintained by us & 3 other property owners who access their property using this Road. We have all worked together well in the past to make Road improvements in the past. Fishing for these: Walleye, pike, bass, sunfish, crappie, perch, and bluegill are on the list for this lake.
